By accessing robloxatcsim.eu ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our services.

Our services utilize Roblox OAuth 2.0 for authentication. By logging in, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the Roblox account used. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and session data.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Exploiting, scraping, or attempting to breach the Website's security infrastructure.
• Submitting fraudulent flight data or misrepresenting group ranks.
• Interfering with the "Network Analytics" or global statistics reporting.
• Impersonating staff members or Roblox Corporation officials.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom code, radar interfaces, and branding on this site are the property of the Air Traffic Simulator development team. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation; we operate as an independent community project.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Air Traffic Simulator project is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss or account issues arising from the use of our third-party authentication or simulation tools.
